What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide directly to us. This includes:

  • Your name, work email address, company name, and role, submitted via our contact form
  • The content of any message you send us through the contact form
  • Information you share during a discovery call or email exchange

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts on this website.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Arrange and conduct a discovery call if requested
  • Follow up on a potential or active engagement

We will not add you to any mailing list, send you marketing communications, or share your details with third parties without your explicit consent.

Our lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you have initiated, and where applicable on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

How long we keep your data

If no engagement proceeds, we will retain your contact details and correspondence for up to 12 months, after which they will be deleted. If an engagement does proceed, we will retain relevant records for up to 6 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
