Common questions.

Is there a minimum engagement size?
We do not have a formal minimum, but we find that the most productive engagements involve a process that is genuinely manual, repetitive, and taking meaningful time each week. If you are spending a few hours a month on something, automation may not give you the return to justify the build. We will tell you that on the discovery call.
What information should I bring to a discovery call?
As much as you can about the specific process: how often it runs, how long it takes, who does it, and what tools are involved. A rough estimate of the time cost in hours per week is useful. You do not need a specification or a brief. That is what we help you develop.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If you want an NDA in place before a discovery conversation, we are happy to sign one. Just mention it when you book or email us.
How soon could a project start?
This depends on our current capacity. We will give you an honest picture of our availability on the discovery call. We do not overpromise on timelines.
